“This getaway was perfect in many ways. Airy, light-filled and uncluttered open living room and kitchen; clean as a whistle in all rooms – baths and kitchen; very comfortable, better-than-most mattresses; ample linens and towels; a REAL wood stove with plenty of easy burning seasoned wood; and quiet location but with easy access to N. Conway, Barlett and the Jackson areas. (Was there for hiking and snow-shoeing) Brought my dog and although I’m sure there had been other four-footed guests prior, it did not smell of pets nor look worn from their presence. I was particulary struck by the owners’ attention to detail – new wire storage bins (with the tags still on them!) for odds and ends in the bedrooms; a plush over-size dog bed; ottomans in the LR whose tops reversed to become needed tray tops for the nachos and margaritas; lots of extra condiments in the cabinets (need some Flour for a coating?); higher-end newer, matching pots and pans; every kitchen utensil known to man (and woman); drawers and cabinets that were labeled with contents (they must work for P-touch :); and even an organized, thoughtful “junk drawer” where I found my needed duct tape. I think it’s important to realize that the add-on expenses for cleaning, pets etc can add notably to the posted daily rate but for us it was worth it. Don’t miss this one!” -Debra
“We had another fun weekend at this property for MLK weekend. We were here last year as well. The house is very clean, has everything you need for your home away from home. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of spices, pots, pans, dishes, etc. There is a real wood-burning stove with lots of nicely-seasoned wood for cozy snowy nights. The beds are comfortable. The only reason I subtracted a star is because 1. there is only streaming TV which was a pain when we wanted to watch the football playoff games. 2. The rugs could use a good cleaning. And 3. because there was an issue with the heat (a Mitsubishi Wall Unit) on a particularly cold morning which required that we stay home the good part of a day waiting for the heating contractors to arrive to fix it. They were quick once they arrived. But it was a bit of an inconvenience. The folks at Pinkham Real Estate were very responsive and called the owners, who quickly called the heating contractors. We understand these things happen. It’s part of being a property owner. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back again.” – Lynne

“The house was very well stocked. Many board games to play with the family. The basement with the old arcade games were definitely a bonus! We had a great time!” – Stephanie
“We really enjoyed this place. The kitchen was well stocked w good stuff. We were happy to find so many crockpots. We made our batch of chix fajitas in the am and went off for the day to Sabbaday Falls on the Kango- that place was great! Short walk in to beautiful falls and river. We spent a day at the little beach on The big pond. Perfect for little people and big people! Nice sandy beach , easy swim out to the raft, and good fishing and easy freshclam bait all around.” -Patti
“The property was clean and beautiful. There were so many amenities provided. We had a great time!” -Jenny

“We had a fantastic, relaxing vacation at this BEAUTIFUL condo. The condo is in impeccable condition and well decorated. It even had funny bowls and plates. It is ON THE TRAIL – ski in and ski out. It has a ski room off the garage to store your coats, boots, helmets, etc. It had a full finished basement with bunk beds and couch for the kids. We will return every year.” – Stephen
“Everything about the condo was terrific. It was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed.” -Nicole
“Every year we do a ski weekend with 3 couples and occasionally children. We’ve been doing this for about 7 years and everyone agreed this was the best stay so far- clean, plenty of room, up to date. We didn’t have kids this time but this would be a great place for children as well. The mountain was harder to judge due to poor snow but we still enjoyed our time out on the mountain. Everyone agreed we would try to return and one in the group hopes to retune with her kids to go to storyland. A+” -Shawn
