About Pinkham Vacation Rentals in NH

As the longest-operating real estate sales business in Mount Washington Valley, NH (over 50 years), Pinkham Real Estate has come to know the wants and needs of our out-of-town guests who come to visit North Conway and Mount Washington Valley throughout all 4 seasons of the year. About 5 years ago we realized that, though the area offered plenty of hotel rooms, there was still a need for affordable vacation rental housing that could provide the comforts of home while accommodating the various needs of families and other groups traveling together. We envisioned a company that could offer these rentals on behalf of homeowners, ensuring that they were clean, well-stocked and ready to go. Serendipitously, we had a person on our staff, Robin Medeiros, who had recently joined our staff after having worked for 12 years as an innkeeper. Thus, Pinkham Vacation Rentals was born. What started 5 years ago as a 3-property rental agency has blossomed into a bustling, 65+ property, a full-service rental agency with a full-time, dedicated staff, serving Conway, North Conway, Bartlett, Jackson, and Madison, NH.

Robin Medeiros has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, originally as a manager of bed and breakfasts. Having literally lived with the guests she served, Robin understands our guests’ needs intuitively and is dedicated to providing a high level of service. With an encyclopedic knowledge of our rental properties, Robin is a great resource for answering questions and solving problems should they arise. When not working, Robin stays busy raising her 2 young kids, Charlotte and Joe Jr, and well as maintaining her extensive gardens, ducks and chickens.

 

 

Kyla Brustin made the shift from real estate sales to managing Pinkham Vacation Rentals in January 2015. As owner of the company, Kyla manages the business side of the business, working to ensure that operations are fluid and efficient and that the properties Pinkham Vacation Rentals offers to guests meet our high standards. When Kyla is out of the office, she is in the mountains! An avid trail runner, cyclist, snowshoe runner and hiker, she can also provide route ideas for outdoor fitness lovers of all ages and levels.

 

 

Joe Rego joined the Pinkham Vacation Rentals team as our Owner Representative in the summer of 2019. As a licensed New Hampshire RealtorⓇ, Joe has professional experience working with buyers and sellers, and also managed a large commercial property for an investor. Joe understands that for vacation homeowners, a home is more than just an asset: it is a place that holds valuable memories of great times with friends and family. This mindset informs Joe’s approach to working with the homeowners in our program. In his role as Owner Representative, Joe is the point of contact for owners interested in joining our program, as well as owners who are already working with us. When he’s not in the office, you’re likely to find Joe on a board, whether a snowboard in the winter or a skateboard in the summer. He also enjoys mountain-biking on North Conway’s hundreds of miles of trails.

 

 

Amanda Lyman has worked in the hospitality and guest service industry for over 10 years. She takes pride in providing guests with service as if they were her own family. She has an eye for detail and very high standards which helps her excel in her professional and personal life. When she is not at work, she is very busy and involved with raising her 2 young children, Liliana and Georgia. She has raised them to have the same love and respect for plants, animals and all living things that she has.

 

 

Corey McMullen comes to Pinkham Vacation Rentals having worked in both Hospitality and Events Management for several years. As a former innkeeper, Corey was responsible for overseeing daily operations of a 32 room, 4 diamond property. Corey also organized both small-scale and international events in both corporate, educational, and hospitality settings.  These experiences taught him the importance of good communication and why it’s critical to attend to the small details. A transplant to the Valley, Corey came for adventure. When outside of the office, you can find him sunrise/sunset hiking, trail running, camping, and finding any excuse to lose sleep if it means being out in the mountains. Also, in his free time, he manages and markets his own photography business, documenting every part of his outdoor lifestyle. When he comes back to the Valley after an adventure, it is always topped off with breakfast and lots and lots of coffee!

 

Dalton Swett has worked in the hospitality industry for over 13 years. Before joining Pinkham Vacation Rentals, he worked in reservations for a resort where he learned how to help guests maximize their stay and have a great vacation. Having grown up in the Valley he is an excellent source of information, being very familiar with all its surrounding attractions, people, and events, Dalton will always be ready with a suggestion. When not working, Dalton enjoys traveling the world and is a self-professed foodie always looking for new restaurants and foods to try.
